Doesn't work on Brown EZ #14

Brown EZ (and other restrictive wireless networks), block port 4000, which is the default port for pyret-editor-service. We should configure this to be different, perhaps a subdomain, so it works on more networks.

I can confirm that Captain Teach does not work on Eduroam too.

On second thought, this might be an iOS/Safari issue (however I'm still connected to Eduroam). I click 'Login' and a new tab with Persona opens. I click 'Sign In' and the page Captain Teach index page loads again with "Course Dashboard" and "Logout" at the top of the page, then immediately loads the index page again, this time being logged out.

This seems confirmed to be an iOS/Persona/CT login issue, which is real, but not related to this issue.
