Submit review button off screen with long line length. #4

When the lines in the code for review are too long, the submit review button is off the screen and can only be reached by zooming the screen out significantly.

Not attaching a screenshot for purposes of not showing anyone's code.

Thanks. The little red/green buttons on the interactions window will help a little --- they minimize/maximize the interactions to give you more screen real estate for the editors. Those work thanks to @dbp (though they aren't very discoverable or pretty).

We should do that by default if the lines are too long, though.
