Need a splash screen for "recent files" loading #230

Currently, this page starts with a message saying there are no Pyret programs. After a few seconds, either the program list loads to replace it or nothing happens and the message remains. This is a little jarring for anyone who's not on a fast connection -- I found myself checking to see if I was logged in with the right account or not.

Can we have it start with "Loading your Pyret programs...", and then change to the program list or the "no programs" message?
