Consider updating these tests:

[x] delf_medical_retain: GDPR GET/FORGET
[x] delf_medical_anonimze: GDPR FORGET + anonmize

After GDPR GET / FORGET is done:

[x] delf_ecommerce: GDPR GET/FORGET + common test tools handling multi-resultsets
[x] varown/varacc: Uncomment GDPR GET/FORGET queries in test files

After new annotations:

[x] lobsters: consider removed FKs, and revisit the invited users being data subjects
