The two favicon-NxN.png aren't referred to anywhere. The apple-touch-icon.png likewise. The blog/ directory has been unused for years. avatar.png is from an example used in early drafts of Chapter 11, long unused as well. (I found these while cleaning up old chapter drafts on the server.)
