as per a convo with @timoxley

it would be cool to try and browserify install something but if it fails then try to component install that instead

https://github.com/eugeneware/decomponentify is probably useful for this

more ideas on how to accomplish this goal are welcome

This might be outside browserify-cdn's scope, but it would be neat. I'll have to think about this.

Given some thought: I've decided this is a good idea. That said, it's non-trivial, and I think some of the other issues are more pressing. Pull request welcome; if not, I'll get to it eventually.
