cms_category_picker and date_picker styles are broken #730

date_picker loads no styles at all, only numbers on top of the other text and with a transparent background, makes it hard to use. cms_category_picker - loads all categories, but check boxes are not aligned with the names and it makes it impossible to pick the right tag.
