Update to 8.4 #9

According to https://www.browserstack.com/local-testing/releases there's an 8.4 version available. Can we please have the images at hub.docker.com updated to include this one? Also, please add more architectures, e.g. the one for M1 Macs.

There's also a 8.5 release now. (https://www.browserstack.com/docs/local-testing/releases-and-downloads/release-notes is a more up-to-date list of releases) A docker image of that would be really useful.
