Rename: Whitelist-> Allowlist, BlackList -> BlockList #337

Per the ticket here, this renames our API to AllowList/Blocklist per Google's suggested new industry standard. Since we may have to change our published API in the next release for mitmproxy, we should treat it as breaking and handle any renames/removals now.
