Please reopen this until kooky can handle the new cookies.

I would like to implement it based on the stackoverflow post but that won't be any time soon.

Just (mostly) kidding. The http://unmaintained.tech/ badge is real. I'll probably take a look at this, eventually. But with quarantine, and an injured wife, and promo season at work, etc., etc., it might be a while. PRs welcome! This is your library!

issue title should include that this is windows-only
