Mouse/cursor emulation via arrow keys? #283

Ive been looking around here and the only way of following links with a keyboard is to use the VIM UI mode, could you add a simpler keyboard navigation mode for users not familiar with the VIM command set?

Does clicking the mouse on a link not work? Is that not documented anywhere?

On the Microsoft Windows port of the OpenSSH client, running under the standard Windows console host, clicking links with the mouse does not work
