New icon for closed mine in "Administration, Office & Industry map markers" #281

Hello there,

I took the existing icon for "mine" and changed it to "closed mine" due to a 
user request, considering his specifications for that.

Hi Konstantin,

Thanks for the update on this.  I did the same as you, just opened Nico's 
original .PSD template, copied the mine layer and flipped it horizontally to 
create the "new" closed mine according to your specs.  You now find it posted 
in the project at 
[http://google-maps-icons.googlecode.com/files/mine-closed.png] so that you can 
hotlink to it if you wish.
