Hi @brson. Could you transfer this repository to my github account? From there I will transfer this repo to a new github organization. This small crate may need some help/attention from rustup forlks so an organization seems to make collaboration smoother.

With the interest of rustup dev-team on co-maintaining this crate, transferring ownership to them seem more appropriate to me.
