Hey @brson. What's the context of this? It appeared before I'd first had a chance to even look at Rust, and it's sitting in the issues, taunting me with its inscrutability.

lol. The idea at one point was to use bindgen to build bindings at compile time, as part of an integrated compiler pass, but I don't see that happening any time soon. Closing.
