Pip install step #13

Hello,

I am stuck on this step (Error code below). Where do I find the root dir to run this?

After cloning this Git repo, please run

pip install -e .

ERROR: File "setup.py" or "setup.cfg" not found. Directory cannot be installed in editable mode:
