A lot episodes are not parsed

the link opened in browser contains a lot of episodes(hundreds), including 426 which is the latest one, and 418 which should be listed in the podfox episodes.

The current code only shows the latest 20 episodes. It appears to be working in the latest copy from here. If it is still a problem, post the json file from the ts directory and I'll take a look.
