Ability to add new NFT collections on demand #21

provide an option to add a new collection to our website.

  1. on the left hand side, provide an option that says add a new collection

  2. When someone clicks that they are asked for contract address for the new collection.

  3. Upton putting in the collection address, they are shown the collection name and then they enter to confirm that collection.

  4. That collection shows up on our front end, with all of the metrics we are trackiing.

@yaseenkhanmohmand we have built the "add nft" function, but it was restricted to specific people， please provide your eth address, you can test it for a while, then we can open it to every one
