v2 does NOT WORK on many servers because of php hardening! #211

Hello,
recaptcha v2 does not work on many-many-many servers because hardened php 
installations does not allow file_get_contents with url wrappers!
Please see 
http://php.net/manual/en/filesystem.configuration.php#ini.allow-url-fopen
v1 used fsockopen.
Please rewrite v2 to use fsockopen again.

Use curl instead.

Check $resp["success"] (boolean) to see if the CAPTCHA was correct or not.

curl needs additional libraries, which may not be on every php installation 
too. so that would be equally bad, maybe a little better.

google, please do something.
