L shaped pieces never appear on 8x8 grids #11

On 4x4 thru 7x7 grids, 4-cell L shaped pieces appear, like

 X
 X
 XX

But on 8x8 grids, they never appear.

Now uses L shaped pieces in 8x8 grids.
Modified code dealing with the cage types to make it more generic (easier to 
add new cage shapes in future).
