Share email does not contain hyperlinks when using default android email client #184

Hyperlinks are visible when sending the email with both the default android 
email client as well as when sending with gmail.

Upon receiving the email which was sent by the default android email client, 
the hyperlinks have been removed. Emails sent with the gmail app however do 
contain the hyperlinks.

Resolved in revision 391 by adding both HTML as plain text links.
