"Send feedback" not working #224

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Access menu with menu button
2. Tap "Send feedback"
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect a dialog box to pop up allowing me to input a message, or my browser 
to popup with a web form.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Mathdoku 2.0.1 rev. 575
System/hardware:
Android versionL 4.2.2
Rom: CyanogenMod 10.1-20130719-unofficial-venturi
Device: Samsung YP-G70 (a.k.a. Galaxy Player 5.0 US)

Please provide any additional information below.
Love the product and I'd really like a way to compliment the improvements (for 
those of use that don't like the play stores review system). Also, this doesn't 
really feel like the right place to offer helpful suggestions (e.g. "here's a 
better way you could do xyz")

An action chooser containing your email clients should be should be shown. Is 
an email client installed? But you can also drop us an email at "info at 
mathdoku dot net".
