Highlighting operations field is inconsistant

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Select any square
2. All squares in same operation field (except selected one) are outlined in 
green
3. Causes confusion because other adjacent cells have one green line & three 
black ones

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Trying to more clearly define which cells are included in the operation, but 
doesn't.  ALL outside edges of cells for selected operation should be same.  
Could go back to not highlighting at all (the original black lines were good) 
or choose color to better exclude outside cells (thicker black lines, thick red 
or maybe even thick green lines).  
1.  ALL outside edges should be the same
2.  Should be MORE of a barrier to outside cells (fine green line looks like 
border went away)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Android version that just added timer.  HTC EVO 4G LTE running ICS.

Please provide any additional information below.

Black outer lines for the selected cage is visible again. Probably since 
revision100.
