change src folder name #15

Now the code is in the src folder, so I can get the Gobies binary via go get github.com/brucehsu/GobiesVM/src. but whe binary file's name will be src, this is weird. So I think it's better to be another name.

The latest attempt to make building process more comprehensive should answer your doubt. If it still makes no sense to you, feel free to propose your thoughts here.
