SpeedStep 1.3.2 does not work with Jas 10.5.4. Is there any solution? #10

I used SpeedStep 1.3.2 on Ideneb 1.5.5. It works perfectly. But I can't run 
games with black screen.
So I reinstalled Jas 10.5.4. The game works, However I can't use the SpeedStep 
1.3.2. If I change 
Pstatedisble to pstate in the Info.plist, it works with the application. But 
the setting can't work.

Make sure you are using vanilla AppleACPIPlatform.kext  (v1.2.1)
