Master slide parsing #4

The master slide is not parsed when variables are added to it. That woud be a great feature.

Ok.. so this is where we have master slide (in the sense of a Slides master), that has some placeholders. These would come from the globals sheet presumably.

Will look at adding this to the next feature release.
