Instrumentation pouches #19

Again, for the sake of completeness, I am opening an issue.

The instrument pouches and how they attach to the book clearly need lots of work.

Replaced with an envelope design. Picture shows a hand-cut prototype, but should give the idea. Text is partially covered when closed, but flap says "Open for XAFS components" so I think that works. Closure, pouch, and access features all work well.

How does the envelope attach to the page?

Would it be better to have the flap be long enough completely cover the text?

Double-stick tape.

That starts getting awkward when it's open, I think--it might make it harder to get the components out.
