Link Title no longer shows in UI. Also, there is no h2 or h3 element … #166

…in the TAP display since the URL Label for the URL is shown at top of TAP. Might need to change the font size of the URL Label to make it prominent.

Will need to modify code so URL Title is no longer required for API. https://github.com/brucestull/technology-and-perceptibility/issues/167
