Add basic HTML structure example for students to start with as their about.html #25

I think it would be easier if we were to put a simple basic HTML structure up, that the students can use. We should encourage them to type that over instead of copy pasting .. that still makes sense to me.

We actually refer to the about.html example page in the guide. So this is actually already taken care of.
