How much leftovers from the summer camp are we talking about, exactly?
@otagi I'll check that this weekend
below the inventory:
for the drinks, I suggest that ppl pay it to cover the cost and do a very small margin.
for instance:
that would resolve the coverage, to not struggle with local sponsor.
@otagi what do you think?
for food, have you other ideas?
We could experiment with that solution for the drinks, and see how people react to it.
I've heard that there might be a sponsor possibility with my employer. Still have to discuss it with them.
The Girleek organizers have partnered with Deliveroo for their past event. We could explore that option too.
ok, let's try for the drinks
why not deliveroo, it's little more expensive but better.
why not preparing stuff like pasta salad or taboulé?
If we find a volunteer chef, that would be nice. (I suck in that department)
Lien (working at DataCamp), has contacted me to offer catering sponsorship. They will cover the pizza fee (and possibly drinks) for the Brussels March 15 edition, and are open to do it again in the future.
I agreed with Lien that I will order the food as usual, then send the bill to Datacamp. 2 solutions for that:
What's the most practical solution for you?
does domino take maestro/bancontact?
Yes, they do. Bancontact, Mastercard / Visa, Paypal or cash.
a third option is to let datacamp to pay for it directly?
if not possible let's do 2nd option, please remind me to bring the card
could you do an estimation of what a brug would cost (drinks and food)?
Given 10€ (pizza) + 2€ (drinks):
10 people: 120€ 15 people: 180€ 20 people: 240€ 25 people: 300€ 30 people: 360€
We usually were 7–15 people in previous editions. 26 in February. 19+ this month.
thanks!

Ghent (@joren) and Brussels (@otagi) should think about these questions:
