[x] We rebrand the BRUG to Ruby Belgium => @joren
[x] We close the rubyburgers meetup with a notice that new events will be created in the Ruby Belgium meetup => @ys

The rebranding of brug meetup is done: http://www.meetup.com/ruby_belgium/

I also migrate the ruby burgers album photos

@ys could you close the ruby burger one? thanks

PS: It seems impossible to merge two groups.
