General Assembly 2016

in order to start the year and close 2015, we need to organize a general assembly.

I suggest to do it during the week and irl in Feb. Your thoughts @brug-be/ruby-belgium-board ?

I am off to SF from 31 to 8 and have some unavailabilities. but doable depending on the time

Just a last idea: if you can avoid Tuesdays, that would be awesome (I have classes every Tuesday, this is how I manage to lose all the hack evenings too :/ ).

About the date, two options,

• irl the week of 22nd
• online during the week of the 22nd

I would prefer IRL. However for valid election, we need a quorum of simple majority. Considering we have 27 effective members, it means to gather at least 14 members. I have the feeling it won't be possible. So, I'd go for the second option.

Monday and Wednesday will be best for me, no guarantee I can make it on Tuesday and Thursday
