Improve page loading performance #11

Instead of opening an issue for every item, I decided to make a list here. All of them are influencing the payload/page load

[x] Fix 404 request to http://rubybelgium.be/assets/img/map-image.png
[x] Minify everything at build (js, css).
[x] Losslessly compress images
[ ] Create sprite for images that will not change.
[x] Reduce blocking (order of imported styles)

I'll fix them in this order.
