Update, change, or remove links in the footer #12

The footer has links for Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin, the Privacy Policy, and Terms of Use. (defaults from the Bootstrap template)

We should update them to be a little bit more useful.

Social links have been moved to the contact section. 5c47830

PP and ToU have been replaced with CoC. 4ada063
