I've confirmed i've installed the required pak00.pk3.

Nothing about it appears on google.

Windows 11 system, possible compatibility issue?

Can you open a command prompt (ex: C:\Windows\System32\cmd.exe), change to the installation directory (ex: C:\Users\aaron\Downloads\wolfcamql-12.5\wolfcamql12.5), and run with this command line option?
