it works fine on pc, but doesn't optimized for android.

Too bad, I hope something can be done to optimize some games that are very intensive.

dolphin doesn't work properly on android 10, so perferred play on pc.

I have not tried Android 10 yet, but as I have read in some places vulkan has problems and the games are more stable with opengl. the funny thing is that these problems only happen with dolphin and not with ppsspp.
The solution is to have the Android 9 drivers in Android 10, in XDA there is a thread where they talk about it. I used to have my Android 8 drivers in Android 9 in my Xiaomi Mi 5.
