Hosts that obey the maximum are unable to use the bypass model.

@brummer10: Related to this feature. For a long time I thought it was working as intended, because it selected the "pre 6DJ8/ push-pull 6V6" model, which is pretty close to clean at low Drive levels. But as I worked on the sound I discovered there was a subtle difference when compared to standalone Guitarix.
