This version of libxputty is now fully ported to MSWin (except for setting window icons). All widgets work as expected, though those not used by the plugins (filedialog, etc.) could need some improvements.
I'll review some parts of the code (e.g. changing window styles) after looking into the "external" libxputty, these work-in-progess places are marked with #ifdef _WIN32, but they are quite rare and shouldn't disturb much).
So far, the plugins are running without any instabilities or performance problems.
