--bank=BANK:PRESET (A:0-Z:9) -Limited to the number of letters of the alphabet. #83

The --bank = BANK: PRESET (A: 0-Z: 9) command offers a limitation when you have a number of banks greater than the alphabet. I have designed a 99 Bank PedalBoard and cannot start guitarix on the first Bank using the command line. It is an improvement to implement.

Wow, you got a lot presets! Unfortunately, there is no easy way to change that limit.

I understand that it is difficult. So for now I'll just keep using the PedalBoard to send an automatic MIDI start signal on Bank 0 and Preset 0.
