One particular note: this is the only way I know of to allow the screen to be turned off by my DE's power-management settings but still have settings that would otherwise have caused a suspension and yet avoid suspension for particular processes that (for whatever reason) aren't themselves inhibiting suspension directly.
Somehow capturing this explanation in the README would be good.
