Pressing 'b' will open a dialog box where the user can enter an expression representing a breakpoint. Several things are accepted:

. - the current line
123 - A particular line in the current file
subName - the first line of a sub
subName:n - the nth line of a sub
Some::Package::subName - first line of a sub in another package
Some::Package::subName:n - nth line of a sub
some/file.pm:123 - A line in some file
