Requesting clarification on the LICENSE for this project #20

Hello!

I'm interested in forking this codebase for a personal project. Can you please disclose the license (if any) for rust_lisp? I ask because (and also IANAL), based on my understanding of copyright law, a codebase without any posted license is considered "copyright fully retained by author with no rights to reproduce, distribute, or modify".

Is this your intention? If not, can you please select an appropriate open source license and apply it to the codebase?

ok, missed "MIT" in the Cargo.toml.
