I see from Cargo.toml that rust-lisp is meant to be MIT-licensed, but there is no license in the repository - IDK maybe there should be?
It could be added quite easily via Github - "Add file/Create new file" and if LICENSE is typed into the filename field, a button appears to choose a license template.
