Calculate angles will fail if some subtomograms are not created due to exceeding bounds of the tomogram #28

If some subtomograms are not created in the Extraction task due to exceeding bounds of the tomogram, the Calculate Angles task will fail since it does not know which subtomograms have not been created.

This has been fixed as of today (Jan. 26).
