Changed Parse to work on Windows and simply Parse function #2

Unable to pull master branch and run on windows.

Updated database.go so that the path to database.json would work correctly on windows. Tested change on both Windows 10 and MacOS.

Adding screenshots to show error and running version on Windows. jsonpath

Hey there, just like in your PR in ancestorquotes this PR breaks usage outside of the file path in Linux and Mac OS, going to close, but feel free to re open it if you get to something.
