What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. With front row closed, leave the mouse in the menubar area of eyeTv (or any
application).
2. Launch Front Row using the remote control
3. Switch to an eyetv program from Front Row (live or recorded)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A full screen display with no menubar would be expected.

Because the mouse was left in the menubar area, the menu is displayed. This is
normal for OS X
applications, but for a media device, it would be preferable to move the mouse
out of this area
so the menu bar doesn't display.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
OS 10.6.3. pyetv 2.5.1. EyeTV 3
