Apple remote don't work after selecting Eyetv #62

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open FR with apple remote (EyeTV not opened before)
2. Select EyeTV in FR menu by clicking enter button of apple remote
3. Appears EyeTV menu in FR, but I can not move or select with apple remote.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: Possibility of select the desired menu with apple remote
Actual output: When clicking the apple remote it does not runs, so I can not 
select the desired option to 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Pyetv 2,6 for snow leopard, Eyetv 3.4 and Snow Leopard 10.6.4

Please provide any additional information below.
If I select the option with the keyboard, then the Apple remote runs OK when I 
watch TV

Do you use RemoteBuddy? It works fine for me!
