Switching between EyeTV and Plex in Frontrow - apple remote don't work afterwards #63

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. From Front Row select EyeTV and watch something (recording, live, whatever)
2. Click menu on Apple remote and return to Front Row. Now open Plex from Front 
Row
3. The Apple remote now doesn't work in plex

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Up and down on the Apple remote does not control Plex but controls system up & 
down.
This problem can be avoided if you (after step one) close the EyeTV window and 
click on your desktop before clicking the menu on the Apple remote (step 2) but 
who want's to use a mouse when controlling your TV connected Mac mini?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Mac OS X (Snow Leopard), EyeTV 3.4

Please provide any additional information below.
