EyeTV does not launch from FrontRow

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch FrontRow. EyeTV is running. 
2. Select EyeTV. Select a channel.
3. Watch spinning white thingy in middle of screen
4. FrontRow briefly exits and then returns to the main menu.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

It should have switched to EyeTV

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

EyeTV 3.4 (6150)
Snow Leopard 10.6.4
PyeTV 2.6 - Snow Leopard

Please provide any additional information below.

It has never worked. This was a clean install.

Try EyeTV 3.4.2, but not 3.4.3 which Elgato broke.
