What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. start the plugin
2. select an channel and see preview information (sending time) in the left
3. or select an record and see the preview information in the left
4. or delete an record an see the alert
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
AM/PM time, name of month ...
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
PyeTV-2.6-SnowLeopard and PyeTV-2.6-Leopard

1. add an format / pars function to format the output depends on language
