What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. index = esmre.Index()
2. index.enter(u'espa\u00f1ol','language')

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect to be able to use unicode strings as the regex. Instead, I am
getting a UnicodeEncodeError.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
version 0.3.1 on Mac OS X 10.9.2
